What can Purigene provide me?

We are providing an online food&beverage retail service. Currently, we stock products that are manufactured and packaged locally.

Does Purigene offer wholesale?

We do offer wholesale on some of our range. Please view our wholesale details.

Can I sell my products on your site?

No, we do not provide a B2B(Business to Business) distribution channel. However, kindly contact us at info@purigene.com.my to enquire about possibilities.

How do I place an order?

First, make sure you sign up to an account and furthermore logged in to your account. Then, you can start looking for the items you wish to purchase. Then click “add to cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the “Checkout” button. Select the address you wish to ship to, and select the Payment Method you would like to use. At the moment, we are not ready to accept any payments online yet and we are looking into it presently.

Can I pre-order item(s) on your website?

Sorry, all products are currently sold on a first come first serve basis.

Is it safe to order online through your website?

Yes it is. There will be no payment taken online or through any third party payment system for the moment hence you can be rest assured that we will not require you to give out any credit/debit card details. If you are using a public computer, do protect your personal information by always logging out of Purigene when you are finished shopping.

How often do you restock existing products, import new designs or add new product categories?

Our products will be restocked according to availability and our production rate. We are actively seeking to expand our range of products. So check back often!

All the prices in our online store are listed in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

What are the payment methods available?

Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

Sorry, we do not provide Cash on Delivery as an option.

I am transferring money from a foreign bank, how do I obtain the correct currency of amount to pay?

You can use any currency conversion services on the web e.g. XE Universal Currency Converter(http://www.xe.com/) to convert from your currency to Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Kindly check with your local banks for possible administrative fees.

What is the grace period for payment after an order is made?

Payment has to be made within 3 days (inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) once the order is confirmed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Purigene claims that it did not receive my payment, what should I do?

Kindly check your bank statement again to ensure that payment is transferred to the correct bank account numbers provided by Purigene We will check carefully with our banks should such issues arise. Do not hesitate to contact us.

What should I do if Purigene claims that it did not receive full payment?

We cannot ship your order until we have received your payment in full. Kindly check with your local bank for the respective bank administrative charge and re-transfer the balance to us should such discrepancies occur.

Will I receive any acknowledgement from Purigene when payment has been received?

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from Purigene once payment has been received. We will proceed to ship out your order promptly.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we only ship locally within Malaysia. However, we will consider overseas shipping on a case by case basis. Therefore, feel free to contact us at info@purigene.com.my for more information.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days (Sundays and Public Holidays excluded) upon receiving of payment, which is to be made within 3 working days upon placement of order.

How much does shipping cost?

For a limited time, postage is RM5/btl for shipping to Peninsula Malaysia and RM10/btl for shipping to East Malaysia!

*The shipping costs vary depending on the quantity that you are ordering, the shipping destination, and the shipping method that you select. You can find estimated shipping cost after you place product to shopping cart, and before you pay your order.

How many days do I have to wait in order to receive the delivered package?

All items are shipped via Skynet or Poslaju etc. which will arrive in between 1-4 business days. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Purigene reserves the rights to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and the weight of the goods.

How can I track the parcel with my order?

We will email you the parcel’s tracking number and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) once your order has been shipped out. You may also check your order status by logging into your account. Simply sign in to your account to view your order history by date or order number. This allows you to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders.

What can I expect from the package?

We normally place our products neatly in a Styrofoam box packaged along with our name card. We may include freebies or other cool stuff.

Can my order be delivered to a different address from my home address?

Yes, we can deliver to a different address if required. There is a ‘Change Address’ option during the checkout process.

This is a gift, will the recipient see the price?

There’s no need to worry, any delivery note that is shipped with the goods does not include the price of the goods.

I have received the delivered package but some products are missing or damaged.

We apologise for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. All our packages are thoroughly checked and packaged with utmost care before they are shipped out. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to help.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to Purigene within 7 days of receiving it but only with our sole discretion and authorisation in writing by our management. You have to contact us within three (3) days from the date of receive to inform us of your intention, the sales receipt number and the reasons for refund or exchange. Customer Service will then advise you. Products that are sent without a sales receipt number will be refused upon return. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt. Note that the return is void if 50% or more of the product has been used.

Once we have received your return, we will exchange your item or refund your money. Refunds may be settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase. All refunds and exchanges are done on the 1st and the 15th of each month with no exceptions.

You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item with the exception being fault by Purigene. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as Purigene is not liable for any items lost in the post.
